For Homefresh Experience Cooking to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, delivery address and payment details.

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and homefreshcooking.com.au is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Prices of goods and services, delivery and other charges displayed on the homefreshcooking.com.au website are current at the time of display.
We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing.
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Homefresh Experience Cooking cannot guarantee a specific delivery time when posting vouchers out to you however they will be mostly in the next available postage day.
When purchasing classes on-line you will receive a confirmation email with all the booking details and you need to bring this with you to check into your cooking experience.
As Homefresh Experience cooking is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your request or order on the next business day.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of homefreshcooking.com.au (the web-site) and the purchase of any goods from it. The web-site is owned and operated by Homefresh Experience Cooking (abn 50 641 848 062).

The management staff of homefresh experience cooking will endevour to provide the best possible quality & service available. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your product or service, please contact us within 24 hours of the occurance.

HOMEFRESH EXPERIENCE Gift Vouchers are subject to our terms and conditions below:
- Gift Vouchers must be purchased on-line or in-store. Gift Vouchers purchased on line will be posted on the next available posting day to the purchaser.
- Recipient will book on-line at Homefreshexperience.com.au or by phoning 0466158453 for assistance.
- Recipients will arrive at a store on that date of the class ready to cook, everything is supplied and ready for them, including the ingredients.
- Recipients have one year to use the gift voucher, from the issuing date, and lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Once booked the booking cannot be changed.
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
- Gift vouchers photocopied or altered in any way will not be accepted or be otherwise redeemable
- Terms and Conditions of the Gift Vouchers are governed by the laws of South Australia.
